ik bak eigen brood wat ontdooit is geweest door een stroomstoring, en weer terug bevroren, bak ik op in een koekenpan. met roomboter, en een laag kaas. dat is echt heel voedzaam. ik zou margarine kunnen gebruiken. plantaardig. ik vind het al heel wat.

gelukkig nieuw jaar. ik ga morgen aan mijn derde vegetarische dag beginnen. daarna ga ik indische kip maken. ik zou eerlijk zeggen, dat wordt meer dan 3 kilo. ik hoop dat ik er twee dagen mee kan volhouden. daarna zou ik zeker weer wat vegetarische dagen inlassen. het gaat een goed jaar worden. ziet er overheerlijk uit. ik zit zelf meal prep te overwegen. het scheelt tijd. ik heb zelf geen magnetron. en geen bruikbare oven. koekenpan kan. paar blikken bonen in huis. zowel wit als bruin. ik overleef het wel. succes. 😀

just a tip for well combined miso paste, scoop out desired amount on a spoon and mix w a dash of hot water to dissolve first before putting it in the pot, it can be clumpy otherwise

Thank you for these delicious recipes-I'm just trying to get my mind around seeing the oatmeal as another protein source and using it instead of quinoa or something to make the savory oatmeal "make sense" lol…like that made sense. 🤪
