4 Vegan V-Day desserts

Hello foodies, Chill Brown vegan here, bringing you 4 delicious vegan desserts that you can make and eat alone on valentines day!! It’s ok to be single, but it’s also ok to eat your feelings sometimes. Peep the recipes below~

~*~*~*~*~*~ Strawberry Oreo Bark~*~*~*~*~*~*

1 bag of Dairy free white chocolate (I USED ABOUT 3/4 of a 10 oz bag)
5-6 Oreos (or more)
A few freeze dried strawberries
A sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder
The little pan I used was roughly 8-1/2” x 6-1/2” but use what you got!!

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Mini Strawberry cheesecake cups ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Crust:

3 whole Graham Crackers
1-1/2 to 2 tbsp of melted vegan butter

Filling:

1/2 cup Raw cashews
1/4 of ready too eat Banana
Splash of ACV
Splash of vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
As many strawberries as you like ( or any fruit)
Vanilla extract
1.5 tbsp melted coconut oil

If your cashew “batter” is too thick, add a tiny splash of plant milk to think it out ( I used coconut milk)

A lite drizzle of chocolate syrup would go well with this!

~*~*~*~*~* Double Chocolatey Brownies ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Flax egg:

6 oz of hot water
1 packet of instant coffee
2 tbsp ground flax meal

Add 6 tbsp of the Coffee to the flax meal
Set flax egg aside for at least 10 minutes or until it thickens

Brownie mix:
3/4 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Granulated sugar ( I used a half cup in the video because I wanted the coffee taste to stand out. If you like it more on the sweet side, please use 1 cup)
6 tbsp melted vegan butter
1/4 Cocoa powder
8 oz Dairy free chocolate chips (divide in half)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking powder
Tiny pinch Salt. **optional

Preheat over to 350 degrees F
Back for 30-35 minutes

They do harden up when you put them in the fridge, so pop them in the microwave to soften them up again….that’s what she said??

~*~*~*~*~* Cheerio Marshmello bars ~*~*~*~*~*~~**~*~

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 oz of marshmallow ( half of the bag)
3 cups of your favorite cereal
Melted chocolate
