I wish I could go vegan but I can't. When your still living with your parents and they don't believe in going vegan you honestly can't go. My grandmother would be disappointed my grandfather would be disappointed and my WHOLE FAMILY would be disappointed, I would turn out to be the weird one of the family😣 The diet is so healthy and delicious and I can't go vegan because of a cruel family.

Melissa Fandal says:

I use quinoa milk for savory dishes (if a recipe requires milk substitute), it is a good alternative … maybe you can try one day
Also a vegan three bean chilli is a good food recipe to try, I like to have a bowl with avocados or make tacos (it holds up well and can be frozen, then reheated)

I recently introduced a vegetarian eating habit to my body and I am having fun (re-making my favorite dishes without meat)

I would love to try becoming a vegan one day but I’ll take baby steps …. what is a good vegan cream cheese and sour cream? Any advice ?

Would appreciate your suggestions
