Ingredients
Sesame oil for frying
4 Garlic cloves
1 small pcs of Ginger
1 stock cube (I used mushroom)
1 handful of scallions (white bits of spring onions)
1 handful of green onions (spring onions) for garnish
2 big tbsp of miso paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
50 Grams dried shiitake mushrooms (rehydrated)
20 – 50 grams enoki mushrooms (optional)
150 grams fresh shiitake mushrooms
Pok choy leaves
Fresrams whole wheat noodles (or any noodles of your choice)
top with –
Fresh firm tofu
Teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds
