Today I am showing you how you can make this amazing vegan queso dip recipe (vegan nacho cheese), as well as my loaded vegan nachos!!!

1 cup almond milk (or any of your choosing)
1/4 – 1/2 cup (your preference) soaked cashews
2 tsp miso paste
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Dijon
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 lemon (about 2 tsp juice)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1tbsp margarine
1 tbsp flour
1tbsp tapioca starch (aka tapioca flour)
4 tbsp jalapeño juice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 8 oz can tomatoes

Black beans and other toppings you desire
