Have you ever had McDonald’s Sausage McMuffin?

Would you like a healthier fast food?

Fast food is terrible for our health, but they do taste delicious and it’s very convenient.

I use to eat a lot of fast food when I use to eat an animal-based diet.

Once I went vegan, I have stopped eating at fast-food restaurants.

I started to eat healthier, but from time to time, I like to cheat a little and have something fast and delicious.

Rather than going to a fast-food restaurant, I can make it in my home!

It is my Vegan McMuffin!

When I use to eat at McDonald’s, this was my favorite breakfast sausage, and now I have made a healthier and veganized version of it!

Protein 31g
Carbs 30g
Fat 21g

Ingredients:
2 Whole Wheat English Muffin @wholefoods365products
9 Tbsp Just Egg @eatjust
2 Beyond Sausage @beyondmeat
Calorie Free Pancake Syrup @servivita_usa
Olive Oil Spray

Directions:
Place the beyond sausages inside the air fryer for 5 – 10 mins on high. Spray olive oil on a nonstick pan and place heat on medium.

Pour half of the bottle of Just Egg into the pan and cook and flip when each side gets a light golden color.

Place the English muffin in the microwave for 30 – 60 seconds, build your sandwich, and the calorie-free maple syrup on each end of the bread.
