Hi Olga. Could you explain why you say that almond flour is just ground almonds? As far as I know, actual almond flour is dried pulp that's left from making almond milk. You can even buy a commercial version.

Made this today but substituted the almond flour with oat cause it's all I had. It did it turn out well. At first it seemed like too much flour, and when I mixed the wet with the dry ingredients it felt like a big ball of lumpy dough, I could barely mix it. Almost like cookie batter. It didn't pour at all, unlike yours. I already baked it but it's not nearly enough to fit my springform pan(same as yours). Maybe I could add it to a food processor and add something to make it runny? What do you propose?

I try to find recipes that are also sugar free if you can make more of them. I do use Maple Syrup and Truvia though

Made the ice cream cake with the brownie base from the video. A layer of sliced bananas and for the ice cream part I used Ben and Jerry non dairy vegan chunky monkey favor ice cream. Same topping and added a little coconut whip cream when served. Turned out so delicious. My husband had to as a few times if it was really vegan.

I've had this ice cream flavour, it's delicious! And out of all the vegan ice cream I've had, cashew is the best, much better than coconut. So delicious has this cashew only flavour, or its their vanilla flavour, but it tastes like a delicious cookie dough or something, it's to die for!
