INGREDIENTS:

#1 Gluten Free Oat Pancakes w Homemade Apple Sauce

For the apple sauce:

3-4 apples, peeled and cut into chunks
¼ tsp cinnamon
enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, about 1/3 cup (80ml)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sweetener, optional

For the pancakes:

1 cup oats, small cut (90g)
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tap cinnamon
a pinch of salt
½ cup non d milk (125ml)
2 ½ tbsp Apple sauce
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 ½ tbsp raw sugar

→ serves 1-2
*cook the pancakes on medium high

#2 Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana
half of a small sweet potato, cooked (100-125g)
¼ cup cashews, soaked in water overnight 40g(
¼ tsp vanilla
¼ tap cinnamon
2-3 tbsp plain vegan yogurt (optional)
⅓ cup non dairy milk (80ml)

toppings like chia seeds, granola, nut butter etc

→ serves 1

#3 Rosemary Tofu & Mushroom Bowl

1 cup brown rice, cooked (or quinoa, bulgur etc) ,(~190g)
½ can black beans (120g)
1 block smoked tofu
1 handful of cremini mushrooms, chopped
1 onion
1 tsp olive or coconut oil
fresh rosemary
salt, pepper to taste
avocado
hummus dressing: 2 tbsp hummus + 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
greens
walnuts

→ serves 2

#4 Sweet Potato or Pumpkin Porridge

½ cup small cut oats (45g)
¾ cup non dairy milk (180ml)
¼ tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
¼ cup mashed sweet potato OR pumpkin purée (~ 60g)
2 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp lemon zest

toppings such as nuts, vegan yogurt, extra cinnamon or maple syrup

→ serves 1

From Google:(The short answer is YES — non-contaminated, pure oats are gluten-free. They are safe for most people with gluten-intolerance. The main problem with oats in gluten-free eating is contamination. Most commercial oats are processed in facilities that also process wheat, barley, and rye.)
