INGREDIENTS
Dough
3 cups flour (360g)
1 packet of yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt

Vegan Cheese
1/2 cauliflower (375g)
3.5 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp salt
1/2-1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened and no flavor (I used 3/4 cup)

Pizza Sauce
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 oregano
A pinch red pepper flakes

I have been wanting to make this recipe forever. I finally just found some tapioca flour and made it tonight and my whole family loved it! My anti-veggie daughter even loved it and never would have guessed that the cheese is made of cauliflower. With a few nut allergies in my family, I'm always appreciative of creamy recipes that don't include nuts. Can't wait to buy your cookbook!

Really nice video, I just finished making this and it came out well, I made half a pizza and ate the whole thing! Making another half tomorrow. I had leftover "cauliflower cheese" so I'm refrigerating it overnight to use tomorrow, hopefully will keep well!

I’m going to try this!!. I’m not vegan, but I’ve decided to mostly cut dairy out of my life. I’m lactose intolerant and find that not only is Dairy terrible for my digestive system, but also my skin and menstrual cycle. I went a month without it and saw a dramatic positive change in my skin, period cramps, and flow. I really will miss cheese, but it’s not worth the suffering.
