Hey Albert….National Paella Day here in the US is fast approaching! May 27th, also better known as Memorial Day. Excellent and timely recipe you posted. Gonna make our annual celebratory paella as usual, but definitely not vegan as Mrs Rivet and I are omnivores and will happily demolish sea and land based animal flesh.
