1) How do we actually make a gym routine schedule?
2) How do we correctly workout? Like how many times a week should I do glutes, legs, back, etc? How do I know when to change up my booty excersies or can I repeat doing the same glute exercises whilst having my glutes still grow??
3) When should I do full body workouts and how I include full bod workouts in my routine or is it not necessary?

I feel the same way about experimenting with plant foods! Omg it's so much fun being creative in the kitchen. I used to rotate the same 5 types of meats, and now that I only eat vegan, there are THOUSANDS of combinations of veggies, grains, legumes, & healthy fats! I used to never try any unique cuisines, but now I'm eating Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai, Persian, Greek, S. American, Caribbean, etc. All these exotic foods have expanded a whole new world for my palate. I'm loving eating like this! And I don't feel heavy or hungry!! ๐Ÿค—
