PINK GINGERBREAD SANTA CLAUS (vegan, easy to make, one bowl) // Here’s how to make my favorite vegan gingerbread cookies (I shaped them like a Santa Claus, but you can choose any design you have at home) and pink piping icing. The perfect Christmas cookies. This Gingerbread recipe is easy to make, fast (we only use one bowl) and it tastes delicious. I hope that this Gingerbread recipe will add a great touch to your plant-based Christmas.

To make this recipe you need:

Liquid ingredients:
½ cups vegan margarine
¼ cup almond milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tsp vanilla extract (which is not included in the video but later on I tried it and it fits very well :D)
1/3-1/4 cups molasses

Dry ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cups cane sugar (or maple syrup)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp ground ginger

White and pink Icing:
4 tbsp warm water
2 cups icing sugar
1 Package pink natural food coloring

Additional for Decoration:
Chocolate Chips
