This technically not a paella, maybe paella-ish or paella like. Like the other guy says, you are not using a paella pan. I don´t doubt you food is good, though.

This looks fantastic. I try not to use meat analogues often, but I think the Sophie's Kitchen vegan seafood shrimp/prawns would be pretty great in this paella. Loved the addition of cashews. Mahalo for the recipe
