Indian style vegetarian/vegan macaroni pasta recipes: Easy and simple pasta recipe for dinner/lunch/breakfast with tomato sauce and best suited for kids lunch box.This no cheese fresh veg mac recipe is flavorful(has indian spices) with a twist to traditional Italian pasta food/recipes. Ingredients:
1 cup/ 130 grams macaroni
2 medium finely chopped tomato
¼ cup diced carrot
¼ cup finely chopped green beans
½ cup red, green bell pepper (capsicum)
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 inch minced ginger
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
20 grams finely chopped cilantro (coriander)
