This recipe is super delicious and easy to make! My low fat raw vegan “nacho cheeze” has no overt fats! It’s beautiful and very flavorful!

“Nacho Cheeze”:
1 tomato, or 4 to 5 grape tomatoes
1 bell pepper
jalepeno, amount is up to you!
squeeze of lime juice
1 lb. of corn, 3 cups

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender, like the Vitamix, and blend until all ingredients are smooth! Make sure to blend well if you are adding in jalepeno so the spicy flavor well mixed.

lettuce taco shell, cucumber nacho chips
corn, quarter size grape tomatoes, onion/scallion, cilantro

Using the quote-unquote sign doesn't cover up for pretending you've found the solution for cheese. Just try to find some new term for it. It's probably not that hard.

They say to cut and smell the jalapeño to see how hot it is.

Why are vegans always depressed?

I've made this a few times and totally love it! Made it as a sauce for dipping zucchini "chips" (just raw slices) for a road trip. Everyone loved it – even those who eat SAD. Thanks for the recipe. btw, I don't have a great blender so after blending I past it through a fine mesh strainer for unblended pieces then stir in chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
