INGREDIENTS:

2 CANS OF UNRIPE ORGANIC JACKFRUIT PLACED IN A FOOD PROCESSOR WITH:
CHIPOTLE POWDER
SALT
PEPPER
OREGANO
PEANUT BUTTER
SOY SAUCE
PAPRIKA
ONIONS
GARLIC POWDER.

FOR THE SALSA I BLENDE ROASTED TOMATOES, RED BELL PEPPER AND ONIONS. THEN I ADDED SALT, PEPPER, CUMIN, CHILE DE ANCHO POWDER AND WATER.

I USED CATCUS (NOPAL) TORTILLAS THAT MOM SENT FROM MEXICO.

TOPPINGS:
CILANTRO,
LIME,
AVOCADO.
