-1/2 tsp kombu dashi powder (optional)
-1 tbsp yamaimo powder
-desired amount of other toppings (chopped tofu skin, spring onions, mushrooms etc)
-Vegan kewpie mayonnaise
-Sea lettuce “aosa” (can substitute for shredded nori and/or spring onions)
