Hot-Yoga isn’t the best. In hot temperatures when you become more limber and you’re like, “whoa, I didn’t know I was this flexible!” you’re actually stretching your ligaments which don’t repair like other tissues do. Ligaments aren’t as elastic, as say, muscles are. You need your ligaments to be tight to hold bones in place. Loose joints isn’t what we want to accomplish in Yoga. An asana practice can be okay in a hot-room during winter months in a cold climate to ignite the internal fire (if you take it easy on your joints) or if you have a Kapha constitution it’s good to regular break a sweat, but otherwise no. “Beginner” Hatha Yoga is sufficient forever for everybody. A meditation practice is the most important thing to take from Yoga. Meditation is what Yoga is all about anyway. It’s always a pleasure hearing and seeing you eat. ✌️

I put a lot of veg in my ramen, I use whole rice noodles and I try to put only a little bit of miso at the end to reduce my salt intake and it’s super healthy !!
