Hey Guys, This is episode 9 from my season 4! High Protein Vegan Meal Prep. I used my experience from when I used to body build (before going vegan) to show you how to make some simple, healthy, high protein & also VERY tasty work out meals! this is not vegan the oven you use runs on natural gas or lpg Natural gas originates from the remains of plants and animals just like us humans are omnivores. This matter contains carbon – obtained from energy absorbed via the sun during their lifetime. Over thousands of years, these remains become covered with silt – trapping decaying material beneath.
