I told you guys I wanted to make some enchiladas this week and so I did! This one is super quick and simple, essentially just wrap your favorite ingredients in tortillas, line ’em up in a pan, pour a whole can of green enchilada sauce on, oven bake at 375 F for 25 minutes and you’re golden!
