One Tray Roast
4 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1 courgette
1kg baby potatoes
6 vegan sausages
Large handful of cherry tomatoes
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
1 tbsp mixed herbs

60g basil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
A squeeze of fresh lemon
Salt and black pepper
A handful of crushed pine nuts
2-4 cloves of garlic


1 cup of plant based milk
1 cup of flour
3 tbsp cornflour
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic granules
Soy sauce
OPTIONAL – Breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp corn flour

2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp of Maple syrup
3 tbsp of brown sugar
3 tbsp of soy sauce
3-4 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of tomato puree
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp of water

Feel terrible even asking this on a vegan channel, but if I wanted to make this roast on thanksgiving but with traditional meat sausage would I still be able to just throw it in the the roast like the vegan sausage is done here? Or do I have to cook them up ahead and then add it to the roast?
