Cream of Broccoli Soup – Vegan!

Hello Everyone!

Today’s Vegan Recipe is ideal for those who want to include Vegetables in their meals, but with a great flavor!

Our Cream of Broccoli Soup is delicious and contains:
– Anticancer nutrients.
– Vitamin A, C and Folic Acid.
– Magnesium, Iron and Calcium.
– Fiber

– 2 cup Broccoli
– 1 cup Zucchini
– 1/2 Bell Pepper
– 1 1/4 cup Vegan Milk
– 1 tbsp Onion (Chopped)
– 1 tbsp Oil
– Salt and Pepper to Taste.

– Boil Zucchini, Broccoli and Bell Pepper with a pinch if Salt, for 3-5 min.
– Blend Vegetables Vegan Milk and a pich of Pepper.
– In a Saucepan, Sauté Onions with the Oil. 1-2 min aprox.
– Add the Cream and Cook for 3 min.
– Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
– Serve with Vegan Croutons or Bread.
