This is a great weekend treat when you have a little extra time to spend on breakfast. We’ve been trying out different combinations of ingredients and this is definitely the easiest and best one we came up with. Let us know if you try it out.

Sorry we don’t have a written recipe for this! We’re currently working on an updated and improved version which will feature in our new book (to be launched in Spring 2018)… So please bear with us until then!

1- 2 cloves garlic
2- 2 tbsp of oil
3- oyster mushrooms / any mushrooms of your choice
4- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
5- hand full of spinach
6- 2 ripe avocados
7- lime or lemon
8- 1/2 tsp salt
9- pinch black pepper
10- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
11- 10 cherry tomatoes
12- beans

YO DUDES IT'S ME AGAIN: Could you include a red salsa however heat you can stand? I wanted to grab your burrito through my screen. You could add additional onions including scallions. So many ideas from this channel. Here's a tip from me to you: use a butter knife when slicing the avocado. It is much safer for your hand as you're less likely to cut through the skin, and a ripe avocado does not require a french knife.
