Yes it is as delicious as it sounds all without the dairy & fat just scrumptious creamy, cheesy broccoli soup to dip some crusty bread in. Super quick & easy as our new style comic strip shows!All art by Maggie hope you enjoy🤟

INGREDIENTS
* ½ cup cashews
* 1 tsp sunflower oil
or stock
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 potatoes-cubed
* 3 carrots-sliced
* 3 cloves garlic-whole
* 6 cups vegan stock(1.4L)
plus extra if needed
* ½ cup NOOCH
* 1 tsp all season
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp pepper
* 1 broccoli-florets

METHOD
* Prep veggies-peel potatoes & cube,
peel & slice carrots, dice onion,
peel garlic & cut broccoli in florets.
* Heat oil in large pot on medium heat.
* Sauté onion until softened -2 min.
* Add carrots, potatoes, cashews, nooch,
garlic, all season, salt & pepper.
* Stir thru.
* Add stock cover & simmer for 30 min
or until veggies are tender.
* Take off heat.
* Using a stick blender blitz until smooth.
* Add more stock if too thick.
* Place back on medium heat.
* Add the broccoli & simmer for 10 min
or until broccoli is tender.
