Banana oat pancakes
– 1 banana
– ¾ cup plant milk
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
– 1 ¼ cups oat flour (you may need to add more or less depending on the size of your banana)
– ½ tsp baking powder
– ¼ tsp cinnamon
– Maple syrup (to taste)
– ⅛ tsp salt

S’notsage patty sandwich (this means not sausage lolol)
Patty:
– ½ cup lentils
– A couple handfuls crushed nuts/seeds (optional)
– ½ cup oat flour
– 1 ½ tsp sage
– ½ tsp marjoram
– ¼ tsp nutmeg
– ½ tsp oregano
– ¼ tsp crushed fennel seeds
– ½ heaping tsp salt
– Pepper
– 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
– 1 tbsp oil
– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 1 tsp maple syrup
