Sumac is wonderful in a lentil soup. It's another thing we eat in the middle east during the cold season but it definitely can be eaten any time! I'm a new subscriber! 😁 I'm so glad you're making food that I grew up eating in my childhood and still do! 💖 Falafels is something I make every week. It's my favorite! 💖

Almost all south Indian breakfast recipes are vegan and gluten friendly. Idli, dosas (multiple varieties), vada, uthappam, sambar, coconut chutney, etc.

Mimiru Doll says:

You have no idea how happy this makes me. I grew up with middle eastern food being Arabian myself, (Jordanian) your inspiration for making some of these dishes are wonderful. Though I can't say I've ever had hummus that smooth. Its not a problem but It's usually thicker that I'm used to but It gave me the idea actually to thin it out for my veggie wraps. Falafels are my absolute favorite!! I make them all the time. It's one thing my husband never gets bored eating either since going vegan.
