hi wilyeong, I have an idea if you like. How about a recipe to make a ramen, but, every ingredients are from what available in each continent or place. such as, in middle east what mostlike a substitute of konbu or what can be changed from it. So, more people can try your recipe at home with the available ingredients they have. Maybe it will be far from the original ramen, but hey it is called being creative and food meant to be enjoy by everyone right? haha
