Guys it’s not just about ‘ loosing weight ‘ it’s about healthy eating habits. Even if you’re so damn skinny and you eat everything you want and exercise everyday you might have a heart attack sooner than people who eat healthy because no matter how much you weight or how much you workout your body still needs healthy food to make your body system work in the right way. You can’t just eat a piece of sugary cake for example and workout without eating a single healthy meal that day and think that your body is not facing problems. Eat junk as you want but remember you need to eat healthy food more than junky food on a daily basis!.

I like the idea and the recipes but a healthy sandwich starts with the right bread and toast is not healthy at all…!!!
