I just wanted to thank you for sharing these recipes🙂I am trying to go vegan for my health because this year i got diagnosed with Cancer and i dont want to take the poisons like Radiation/Chemo that the doctors recommend you take i cant understand how poisonous chemicals that also cause Cancer help you heal! So i have been juicing alot of carrots with an apple, eating fruits and salads, but the only thing now is that my blood sugar levels are high. So i am going to try to eat my fruits now and see how that works. Thanks my friend🙂

Elizabeth Shaw says:

White bread is not devoid of nutrients. You do not have the credentials to be giving out any sort of diet advice which equals medical advice. Elizabeth md-phd specialized nutrition science and vegan. I make my own yogurt and it certainly isn't a lumpy liquidy mess like yours is. I have severe gastroparesis and yogurt is very important for my Digestive Health I have been making Rich thick greek-style yogurt from soy milk for a very long time and it's not lumpy and thin by any means. Your smoothie for breakfast you said was a great start well it's not. It does have nutrients but it doesn't have enough protein unless two full cups of greens are used. Diabetics must have some protein at every meal and a water fruit and handful of greens smoothie isn't going to cut it.
